Reckless NYPD Cops Nearly Kills Bicyclist

I hate cops to begin with, they lack respect for the citizens which they are supposed to serve and are far more dangerous than ANY criminal. However this video just gets my blood boiling. This Son of a Bitch should be beaten in public and thrown in jail for his actions. You might not think this is a big deal now but when do you draw the line? When it's your child or wife they are beating?
