At this point I know little about Raymond Frank but I do know that I admire the hell out of his spirit. He has been operating a radio station from his home without government permission and they sure as hell aren't happy about it. The FCC is attempting to fine him $10,000. His response...
"as a citizen of the Republic of Texas, he is not subject to the laws of the United states or the Commission's Rules."
All I can say is damn right. I hope he doesn't back down to the Federal Mafia.
